Genetic Resources Institute (GRI) of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) has held a seminar on biodiversity of fig plant titled
“Assessment of genetic diversity in fig plants and its use in breeding programs”.
At the event held in English, a Junior Researcher of the Department on Biotechnology of the GRE Gamar Gurbanova highlighted results of the first year of her thesis to the participants of the seminar.
She provided detailed insight into the theme and provided answers to the participants of the seminar. Participants of the seminar gave her a number of recommendations for implementing research work and wished her success.
The main purpose of such seminars consists of forming skills of doctoral scientist and dissertators to make reports in English.
